Basic Boxing Fundamentals:
1) Offense

e. Keys to Head Movement.

Heavy Bag work.
g. Shadow Boxing.
h. Jump Rope.

Conditioning.

Defense
a. Defense against the Left/Right jab.

Catching.
ii.
Slipping.
b. Defense against the straight Left/Right.

Catching
ii.
Slipping.
3) General Ring Technique.
It takes twelve weeks of conditioning
and training to develop and build a solid foundation in amateur boxing. When the foundation is strong, the athlete will have
a more successful amateur boxing career.
